Superintendent — Tenant Improvement Construction

Phoenix Metro | $115,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus

Our client is a highly regarded commercial construction firm in Phoenix seeking a proven Tenant Improvement Superintendent to lead field operations across fast-paced, high-quality interior construction projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial tenant improvement projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, inspections, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics.
• Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule while proactively resolving field issues.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager on daily execution, look-aheads, site coordination, and client communication.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes to identify potential conflicts before they impact the project.
• Maintain a professional, organized jobsite and uphold high expectations for subcontractor performance.
• Report to the Director of Tenant Improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Strong, recent tenant improvement / interior construction experience.
• Background managing multiple trades, subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and active commercial jobsites.
• Familiarity with Phoenix metro subcontractors, permitting, inspections, and local project conditions.
• Strong communication, scheduling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on field leader who takes pride in quality, safety, and delivering for the client.

Compensation & Culture
