Location: Miami, FL
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Shift: Day shift, either 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Dress code: Business casual

United Talent Staffing is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to support a busy office team in Miami. In this role, you’ll schedule delivery appointments, prepare receiving documents, and keep merchandise information accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate delivery appointments with customers and carriers.
- Prepare and process documents needed to receive merchandise.
- Enter and update receiving information in the company’s system.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for daily administrative work.
- Verify quantities and other information for accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and vendors.
- Balance multiple priorities and assist with other office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with numbers and data.
- Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to speak and understand English; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
