I4Dentallab is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our practice team in Crestview, FL. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients while collaborating with laboratory technicians and support staff to ensure well-fitting restorations, measurable improvements in patient outcomes, and excellent treatment results, all within a setting that actively invests in your ongoing professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients, with a focus on accurate diagnosis rates and timely treatment completion
  • Delivering general and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
  • Collaborating with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements, minimizing remake and adjustment rates
  • Reviewing case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians
  • Educating patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care to support improved patient retention and treatment acceptance rates
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including billing and insurance information, in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Coordinating with front office and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and reduced patient wait times
  • Staying current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices
  • Pursuing ongoing learning opportunities and mentorship to expand clinical skills and advance professionally
  • Mentoring and supporting junior dentists and team members as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Florida
  • Experience providing general and restorative dental care; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of dental anatomy, restorative principles, and treatment planning
  • Comfort working with digital dental workflows, dental imaging equipment, and digital radiography
  • Proficiency with dental software and electronic health records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of achieving quality, measurable patient outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, including mentoring junior team members
  • Genuine interest in continued professional development and long-term growth
