Snelling Staffing Services is looking for a Business Development Manager who is hungry for new business and motivated by winning.

This isn't an account-management job where you sit back and wait for business to come to you.

We want a hunter.

You'll have existing accounts to develop, but your biggest opportunity is new business — identifying companies with hiring needs, getting to the decision-maker, uncovering their challenges and showing them why Snelling should be their staffing partner.

You don't have to come from staffing.

You do need to be comfortable selling.

We're looking for someone who is:

At least 1 year of recent sales, business development, marketing or related experience required.

You're not walking into a cold start.

You'll have an established staffing brand, existing accounts, recruiting support and a team behind you — plus the opportunity to build your own book of business and grow your income.

Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
