About this role
We are seeking a talented full-time General Dentist to join our established practice in vibrant Eugene, Oregon. This position provides complete clinical autonomy so you can deliver exceptional patient care while our dedicated business team handles administrative tasks. We offer a highly rewarding compensation plan ranging from $200,000 to $300,000+ per year, complete with an excellent benefits package including health insurance, continuing education allowances, and a 401(k) program.
What you will do
- Conduct thorough oral health evaluations, diagnose dental diseases, and analyze digital radiographs.
- Design and execute tailored, comprehensive treatment plans for all patients.
- Provide top-tier restorative treatments, including composite fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals.
- Execute routine oral surgery procedures, safe extractions, and preventative therapies.
- Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene habits and proactive preventative care.
- Partner and collaborate seamlessly with our supportive team of hygienists, assistants, and office staff.
What we are looking for
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from a CODA-accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain it).
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative clinical setting.
