What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher / Prep Cook, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team, helping maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while supporting exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assisting with food preparation following recipes and chef instructions
• Keeping kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Properly storing food and following food-safety standards
• Assisting with restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
• Participating in team meetings and training
• Working closely with kitchen and service staff to keep operations running smoothly
• Following resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Frequently use hands and arms for food preparation and cleaning
• Occasionally bend, reach, and climb
