Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Patient is a 87-year-old black female. She is dependent on her wheelchair. She can move around from but needs assistance. She winded assistance to get to the restroom. And to be cleaned up if she's got in public she would need some assistance to go get cleaned up in the restroom Other things what will be talked about that In person to what other needs to be done Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
