Aba, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, is hiring Assistant General Managers to help run one of the highest-volume full-service restaurants in Nashville. You'll join a team known for hospitality, energy, and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Partner with the General Manager to lead front-of-house operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences during high-volume service
• Hire, train, and develop managers and hourly team members
• Manage scheduling, labor, P&L goals, and operational standards

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of salaried management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Upscale restaurant experience (not fast casual or casual)
• Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract experience does not qualify for this role
• Strong leadership, communication, and business skills
