Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager role is a great opportunity to grow within our organization in the Beaver Falls, Chippewa and Ellwood City locations. The AGM assists the General Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations. This position plays a key role in leading the team, maintaining operational standards, developing employees, and helping the restaurant achieve strong business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts while maintaining standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
• Develop and train crew members and hourly management
• Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed
• Demonstrate and reinforce strong leadership and people-management practices
• Recruit, staff, schedule, and retain employees
• Exercise appropriate authority regarding hiring, discipline, and termination when necessary
• Build sales and control expenses to achieve business goals
• Promote a respectful and positive workplace
• Complete assigned operational and management responsibilities
• Lead by example through professional appearance, attitude, and dependability
• Communicate effectively with employees and management
