Office Manager/Scheduler

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Direct and coordinate overall operational management of the Agency consistent with company goals and objectives.

Recruit/supervise/counsel staff and conduct annual performance evaluations.

Manage scheduling Schedule meetings and appointments

Organize the office layout Organize and document office operations and procedures; ensure staff follows procedures.

Manage contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Provide staff and caregivers direction through general meetings, outlining clear expectations and accountabilities. Support change and speak positively about it with employees

Understand the importance of each task and prioritize the work load, shifting priorities to accommodate change and demand

Respond to on-call evening and weekend demands on a rotation.
