Wood Finisher / Spray Painter - Cabinets & Millwork

We are currently looking for experienced Wood Finishers to join our growing team, with openings available for both AM and PM shifts. Whether you prefer to start your day early or are looking for a schedule that begins later in the afternoon, we have options available. Our PM shift begins at 3:00 PM, with full-time hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, as well as potential part-time afternoon/evening hours. If you have wood finishing experience and are looking for a schedule that works well for you, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Description:

• Applies finish to furniture using spray equipment and other manual/mechanical methods.
• Must be proficient in color matching.
• Must be able to repair, fill, and smooth cracks or depressions.
• Must be able to do touch ups as needed. (May be required to go on field)
• Must be able to sand and use various types of sanding papers.
• Must have knowledge of polishes, adhesives, solvents, and colors.
• Must know how to use hand tools and various power tools.
• Must be able to distress surfaces with woodworking tools.
• Rub surfaces to bring out highlights and shadings.

Experienced Wood Finisher Requirements:

• Product knowledge of various finish products and their application process.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work nights and Saturdays as needed.
• Must be able to lift 70lbs

Experienced Wood Finisher Starting pay: Based on experience and credentials.

Candidates will also be required to pass a basic drug and physical exam and background check.
