Live Sale Host

We're looking for a live sale host with skills in sales, social media, and fast-paced environments.

Host Responsibilities:

• Host live sale promoting and selling gemstone products on company social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and/or Twitch.
• Engage with customers and answer questions about products.
• Moderate the live sale chats and professionally defuse issues in real time to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Run auctions on higher-quality products.
• Create bins of products to show during the live sales.
• Post stories on Instagram to promote the live.
• Bags and labels product at end of live sale.

Qualifications:

• Background in customer-facing, entertainment, or sales roles.
• Strong public speaking and improvisation skills.
• Confident in high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of DSLR cameras.
• Problem solver with the ability to quickly resolve customer issues.
• Maintain high energy for extended periods of time during live sales.
• Strong time management skills and commitment to scheduled live streams.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends during peak live sale times
