Human Capital Management Analyst

HRS: 8AM - 5PM (Mon-Fri)

Pay: $32.26/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Capital Management Analyst to support our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on recruitment and talent management. This position will assist with coordinating recruitment activities, supporting the candidate selection process, maintaining HR records, analyzing workforce data, and preparing reports.


The successful candidate will also provide general administrative support to the HR office and may be assigned additional duties and projects based on organizational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring teams.
  • Assist with preliminary candidate screening and/or participate in applicant interviews.
  • Support recruitment and talent management activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collect, organize, manipulate, and analyze human resources data to identify trends and support HR decision-making.
  • Prepare HR-related records, reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential human resources records and files.
  • Monitor and respond to HR-related requests, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Human Resources office.
  • Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in human resources, recruiting, talent management, or an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.
