Job Description
Company: Multi-Regional Roofing Company in WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL providing full-service residential roofing and restoration.
Position: Home Improvement Sales Trainee - Learn the ins and outs of roofing sales while canvassing neighborhoods that are either older or recently storm damaged to identify homes that have either storm-damaged roofs or old, tired roofs that have problems. Speak to homeowners, educate them about issues with their roof, generate leads, and schedule FREE roofing inspections.
Requirements:
▪ Driven and career oriented
▪ Comfortable canvassing, working outdoors and engaging with homeowners
▪ Motivated, hungry career oriented, dependable, and eager to succeed
▪ Must have car/truck
Responsibilities:
▪ Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with roof issues or damage
▪ Speak with homeowners and discuss their roofing issues and explain solutions and insurance claims
▪ Schedule roof inspections
Compensation:
▪ Earn $800-$1,500 Weekly (Appointment and Sale Bonuses)
▪ Full training provided
