Paralegal & Legal Compliance Specialist

Salary Range: $92,707 - $114,493 Annually

Are you an experienced paralegal with a strong background in legal compliance and corporate governance? We are seeking a Paralegal & Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team and provide critical legal and compliance support under the direction of the General Counsel.

In this role, you will research legal issues, investigate facts, prepare legal documents, and oversee the incorporation and ongoing legal compliance of corporate entities. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting organizational compliance, mitigating risk, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field OR Associate degree in any field and a Paralegal Certificate.
• • Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a one-for-one basis.
• Five (5) years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Five (5) years of experience in Legal Compliance.
• Registration as a Notary Public for the State of Alaska.
