Payroll Coordinator Compensation

• Pay rate: $29.21 per hour
• Mon-Fri - 7:30-4 (1/2 lunch) flexible

Payroll Coordinator Responsiblities:

• Perform a variety of administrative activities to support the work team, including record maintenance and report generation.
• Assist with budget preparation and generate reports using company software.
• Design and improve processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Serve as administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding administrative issues.
• Support in compiling reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.

Payroll Coordinator QUALIFICATIONS:

***Critical Information***

• Shift hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with a flexible lunch.
• Remote: On-site only
• Interview: In-person interview
• Environment: Office setting at Route 7 and Grace Way, Canaan, CT

***Education/Licenses Needed***

• Experience with Excel and payroll ADP preferred; some HR experience is desirable.
