Parts & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing parts orders, managing inventory-related tasks, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone calls regarding quotes, orders, and general inquiries.
• Prepare and process customer quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Enter customer orders and quotes into the company's ERP system.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Receive incoming freight shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support through all customer interactions.
• Operate a forklift and use small hand tools as needed to support daily operations.
• Assist with other warehouse, inventory, and customer service duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Basic computer skills and experience entering data accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts sales, customer service, order processing, or warehouse operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift when required.
