Construction Project Manager
Job Title: Construction Project Manager
Experience: 3–7 years
Job Description:
We are seeking a mid-level Construction Project Manager to manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for project scheduling, budgets, subcontractor coordination, documentation, client communication, and overall project performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and change orders.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain meeting documentation.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays.
- Prepare and process change orders and payment applications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance.
- Maintain project documentation and daily records.
- Communicate project status to clients and company management.
- Assist with procurement and material scheduling.
- Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Participate in project closeout and warranty activities.
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of construction project management experience.
- General Contractor experience preferred.
- Experience managing commercial or residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling.
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Procore or similar construction software preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
