Our Sales Consultants work with customers throughout the entire vehicle-buying process, from the initial conversation through delivery and follow-up. You'll have the opportunity to work with a respected automotive brand while developing valuable sales and customer relationship skills.

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present vehicles, features, options, and financing opportunities
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Respond to customer questions and overcome objections
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and other communication channels
• Develop and maintain a personal customer pipeline
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up with previous customers
• Work with the sales and management team to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Stay current on Acura products, features, incentives, and industry trends

• Ability to listen to customers and identify their needs
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working through objections
• Previous automotive or sales experience is a plus, but motivated candidates from other customer-facing industries are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work a full-time dealership schedule, including weekends
