Automotive Lube Technician

We are seeking an Automotive Lube Technician to support a multi-bay maintenance team servicing passenger vehicles, light trucks and SUVs, and fleet vehicles. This role performs essential preventive maintenance, maintains accurate records in internal maintenance software, and provides service recommendations while building a foundation for advancement into a Service Advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and vehicle lubrication services.
• Inspect and replace vehicle filters as needed.
• Inspect fluids and recommend necessary maintenance.
• Rotate tires and perform tire service.
• Inspect brake systems and test vehicle batteries.
• Maintain accurate service records in internal maintenance software.
• Provide clear service recommendations based on inspection findings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in automotive maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, automotive lubrication, and vehicle inspection.
• Familiarity with tire service, brake systems, and battery testing.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
