Online Ordering Station Attendant

The Online Ordering Station Attendant manages high-volume restaurant takeout orders by preparing the online ordering station, verifying and packing orders accurately, and distributing them efficiently to customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role maintains an organized, well-stocked, and sanitary pickup area while supporting a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up the online ordering station at the beginning of each day.
• Stock utensils, bags, napkins, sauce cups, and other required supplies.
• Verify restaurant takeout orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Pack online orders in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Mark orders ready when they are prepared for pickup.
• Assist customers with pickup by confirming their names.
• Monitor supply levels and coordinate workflow to support high order volume.
• Maintain a clean station through frequent wiping and adherence to sanitation procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in online order fulfillment or online order processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain order accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and food packaging.
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring and sanitation procedures.
• Customer service and time management skills.
