Our client, an Am Law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join one of its Mid-Atlantic offices to assist attorneys with corporate matters and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in governance, business planning, financial and transactional practice.
• Must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
