Sewing & Production Associate

Schedule:

8am-5pm Part time /full time flexible hours

Job Summary:

As a Sewing Production Associate, you’ll be
part of a small, passionate team that handcrafts premium aprons and accessories right
here in West Chicago, IL.

This is a hands-on, creative role in a fast-moving environment where quality and
productivity go hand-in-hand. You’ll take on a mix of sewing, cutting, and product
assembly tasks while helping guide daily production to ensure our high standards —
and production goals — are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do (Essential Job Duties)

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality aprons and custom products.
• Cut, assemble, and finish materials promptly and with accuracy.
• Clean, fold and package finished aprons to ensure presentation and quality meet client standards.
• Meet established daily and weekly production targets while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
• Help train, mentor, and support other team members as needed.
• Participate in product improvement and creative design discussions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
• Contribute ideas to make our production process more efficient, enjoyable, and productive.

Qualifications:

• Read and correctly interpret work orders in English
• Ability to use measuring devices with 1/16” accuracy
• Exceptional eye for detail
• 1+ years’ experience using an industrial sewing machine
