We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Customer Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll work directly with customers in assigned residential markets, helping connect them with telecommunications products and services that fit their needs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing development to help new team members strengthen their communication, customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with potential customers face-to-face within assigned residential territories
• Build rapport and identify individual customer needs
• Educate customers on available telecommunications products, services, and promotions
• Recommend options based on customer needs and eligibility
• Complete customer enrollments and sales documentation accurately
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and leadership development
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity when representing our organization and its clients

What We're Looking For: Previous Experience in areas such as serving, bartending, barista work, hospitality, retail, customer service, athletics, fitness, or other team environments can translate extremely well into this position.

Work Environment

This is an in-person, field-based position working directly with customers throughout assigned residential markets. This is not a remote position. Representatives should be comfortable communicating with new people, working throughout an assigned territory, and maintaining an active workday.
