What you'll do:

• Lead the dining room during service and keep the guest experience seamless
• Coach servers, bussers, and hosts on steps of service and standards
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
• Support scheduling, training, and daily operations

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of salaried management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Upscale restaurant experience (not fast casual or casual)
• Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract experience does not qualify for this role
• A natural hospitality mindset and calm under pressure
