Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP is a national collections law firm based in Dublin, seeking motivated, professional, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Collections Agents.

As a Collections Agent, you will work directly with taxpayers who have outstanding tax obligations to our clients. You will manage accounts, communicate with taxpayers, negotiate payment arrangements, and develop effective collection strategies while providing professional and respectful customer service.

Team schedule:

· Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 9:15 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Do

· Manage assigned accounts accurately and efficiently

· Communicate directly with taxpayers regarding outstanding tax obligations

· Make collection calls and conduct skip tracing

· Negotiate payment arrangements and overcome objections

· Develop effective collection strategies

· Process forms and documentation required by taxing authorities

· Work toward individual financial goals

· Maintain accurate account records

· Provide professional and respectful customer service

What We're Looking For

· Previous collections and/or customer service experience preferred

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Confident negotiation and objection-handling abilities

· Goal-oriented and motivated by results

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Professional and confident communication style

· Ability to work independently and manage assigned accounts
