Customer Account Administrator

The responsibilities :

• Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, fax, web and EDI
• Enter orders and monitor them through delivery
• Respond to customer questions about product availability, shipping and delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning and Manufacturing to resolve customer issues
• Track open orders, backorders and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Ensure customers have a smooth experience from order placement through delivery
