Corporate / Transactional Paralegal

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

A well-established law firm is seeking a Corporate / Transactional Paralegal with 2–4 years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys corporate work, document-intensive transactions, and working closely with attorneys and clients.

What You Will Do

• Assist attorneys with a variety of corporate and transactional matters
• Perform extensive document review, organization, and management
• Prepare, organize, and circulate transaction and closing documents
• Coordinate documents for signature using DocuSign and track completion
• Prepare and submit online corporate filings with state corporation commissions and other government agencies
• Assist with entity formations, amendments, qualifications, annual reports, and related corporate filings
• Maintain corporate records, organizational documents, and transaction files
• Conduct online research and retrieve corporate records and filings
• Assist with transaction closings and post-closing matters
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, government agencies, and other parties as needed

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years of corporate or transactional paralegal experience
• College degree preferred
• Experience with DocuSign and electronic/online corporate filings
• Strong document review and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Compensation

$65,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
