Delivery Driver

We are hiring a Full-Time Delivery Driver in Des Moines, IA for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. The driver will safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to designated locations, follow assigned routes and schedules, provide professional customer service, and assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, unload, and secure merchandise to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify orders, delivery paperwork, and customer signatures as needed.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and assist with warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages or materials throughout the workday.
• Strong time-management, organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and maintain reliable attendance.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
