Construction Superintendent — Mid-Level

Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Experience: 3–7 years

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications. The Superintendent will coordinate subcontractors, workers, materials, inspections, and site activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations.
• Supervise subcontractors and field personnel.
• Coordinate construction activities according to the project schedule.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and coordination meetings.
• Review plans and specifications for field execution.
• Monitor workmanship and quality control.
• Coordinate inspections and required approvals.
• Track material deliveries and site logistics.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding schedule, costs, and changes.
• Monitor subcontractor productivity and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Assist with project punch list and final completion.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of construction field experience.
• Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred.
• General Contractor/commercial construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor management skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Procore or similar construction software experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work full-time on an active construction site.
