Manufacturing Production Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Production Associate to join a fast-paced production team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with others, staying active, learning new processes, and contributing to a team goal.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are interested in candidates who have demonstrated teamwork and the ability to work efficiently in environments such as retail, fast food, hospitality, sports teams, warehouses, or other team-oriented workplaces.

The ideal candidate is someone who shows up on time, works well with others, follows instructions, and can maintain a steady pace while producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assemble, package, prepare, or process products according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding work assignments or issues
• Assist coworkers when needed to keep production moving
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Inspect work for basic quality and accuracy
• Learn new equipment, processes, and production procedures
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
• Follow all company safety and workplace policies

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
