Whether you've been in healthcare and are looking for a way to get out of a busy hospital or facility setting, or you're thinking about dipping your toes into the field, this might be the right fit for you!

Clients' needs vary, but may include light housekeeping, meal preparation and/or personal care. Experience in home health, housekeeping, or supporting a loved one is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.

We offer paid training, paid time off, time-and-a-half pay for holidays worked, an Employee Assistance Program for mental health support, periodic bonuses, and extensive support from the administrative team. The admin team also provides client care, but one of our team members is available 24/7 when you need support. This could turn into a full time position if we're a good fit for you!

Phoenix Home Care believes strongly in caring for our caregivers; we work with you to make sure you have the skills and resources you need to feel comfortable, and match caregivers with clients thoughtfully to set everyone up for success.
