Clubhouse Attendant Daily Responsibilities

Facility Opening & Appearance

• Prepare the clubhouse, pool area, and amenities for residents each day.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the clubhouse, restrooms, pool deck, walkways, and other amenity areas.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Ensure pool furniture and common areas are organized and presentable.

Resident Services

• Welcome and assist residents and guests.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Report resident concerns and facility issues to management as needed.

Facility Monitoring

• Conduct routine inspections of the clubhouse, pool area, restrooms, and amenity spaces.
• Monitor pool and amenity areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.
• Report maintenance, pool, landscaping, or safety concerns to the appropriate vendor or District Manager.

Administrative Duties

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office tasks.
• Maintain organized records, calendars, bulletin boards, and amenity access records.
• Assist with clubhouse rentals, including reservations, payments, deposits, and documentation.
• Forward invoices and other administrative documents as directed.

Community Support

• Pick up minor debris in and around amenity areas as needed.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown when required.
• Support vendors, contractors, and residents while maintaining a professional customer service environment.
