Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Duration: Through February 20, 2027, with Temp-to-Perm potential

What the role involves

This is a warehouse/shipping operations role focused on pharmaceutical cold-chain packaging and shipments. You will:

• Assemble temperature-controlled packaging for shipments.
• Manage gel packs, dry ice, and reusable packaging.
• Prepare shipping/airway-bill documentation.
• Track inventory and temperature-monitoring devices.
• Follow cold-chain and GxP procedures.
• Make phone calls to locations to schedule pickups of empty packaging and temperature monitors.
• Safely handle materials and maintain warehouse records.

Must-Haves

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good customer-service and phone communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Millbrae.
• Forklift certification is not required.
• An STA number is required; it will be applied for onsite on Day 1.
