WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports operations by receiving, organizing, moving, and tracking materials and inventory. This role includes inventory control, kitting, work orders, shipping, and maintaining accurate material records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and components.
• Issue materials to production, pull kits, and resolve material shortages.
• Process inventory movements, transfers, and work orders.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate material movement between receiving, production, and storage areas.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments and verify shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material location records.
• Support inventory and warehouse process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Forklift experience required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing, inventory, logistics, or warehouse experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing through receiving, inventory control, kitting, work orders, and shipping.
• Experience with an ERP, MRP, or warehouse management system preferred.
• Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately process inventory transactions and maintain records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
