Customer Service Representative

International Electrical Sales Corp. (IESCO) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Miami team. You'll be the main point of contact for your customers after the sale, keeping them informed and making sure their orders get from our warehouse to their freight forwarder on time.

What you'll do

• Work hand in hand with your assigned sales reps and our warehouse team to get orders out the door
• Make sure all purchase orders are placed with our vendors for your accounts
• Track customer shipments from vendor to IESCO to final delivery
• Keep customers updated on order status and answer their status questions by email and phone
• Coordinate international shipments with each customer's chosen freight forwarder
• Invoice customers accurately and on time
• Cover other CSRs' accounts when they're out, so no customer goes unanswered
• Must be willing to process sales orders and purchase orders
• Must be willing to work with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude); prior experience a plus

What we're looking for

• Flexibility is a must. We're a small team and everyone pitches in. If "that's not my job" is part of your vocabulary, this isn't the right fit.
• Customer service experience is a big plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Most of our customers are in Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Strong follow-through. You own your orders from PO to delivery.
• Clear, professional written communication
• Comfortable juggling many orders at once and working with sales, warehouse, and customers
• Order processing, logistics, or export experience a plus (freight forwarders, Incoterms)
• Proficient with email, Excel, and order-entry/ERP systems

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, on-site
