Supported Employment Job Coach

This is a hybrid contract role for a Supported Employment Job Coach with Fastrack Jobs LLC/Restore Hope Resources located in Port Charlotte (or local areas), FL, with the flexibility for remote work. The Supported Employment Job Coach will be responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities to secure and maintain competitive employment in the community, and provide ongoing support to both the individual and employer to ensure success. This is a flexible job where you can set your own hours and schedule. Hiring 2 people.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Special Education, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2 years experience with Associates or 4 years experience with HS diploma.
• Prior job coaching, vocational rehabilitation, or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Ability to build relationships with employers and community service providers
• Knowledge of local job market and community resources
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass level 2 background screening.
