Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping / Receiving Clerk to support outbound warehouse operations. This position is responsible for accurately preparing and documenting shipments while keeping inventory and shipping information updated in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and experienced with shipping documentation and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading.
• Verify shipment contents against orders for accuracy.
• Inspect products and packages for damage.
• Enter and update shipping and inventory information in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Coordinate pickups with carriers, truck drivers, and courier services.
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and inventory teams.
• Follow company safety and shipping procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish - highly preferred.
• At least one year of experience using an ERP system; NetSuite or SAP preferred.
• Previous shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift heavier items and stand for extended periods.
• Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
