Customer Service Representative / Title Clerk

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Title Clerk to provide professional in-person, phone, and email support while independently processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation. This role combines customer service, document verification, accurate data entry, payment processing, and record maintenance, with opportunities to advance toward Customer Service Supervisor or Registration Specialist positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through in-person service, phone support, and email correspondence.
• Process vehicle titles and registration documents accurately and efficiently.
• Verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Complete vehicle registration and payment processing activities.
• Enter and maintain customer and transaction data.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Provide responsive phone support and clear communication.
• Work independently while managing title and registration processing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and title processing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property and Casualty License.
• PennDOT Certificate.
• Knowledge of vehicle title processing and document management.
• Experience with data entry, Microsoft Office, and payment processing.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
