• Previous call center, contact center, or client support experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Comfortable learning financial products, brokerage services, websites, and mobile applications.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
