Traveling LOTO Coordinator — Lithia Springs, GA
Pay: $45/hour + $125/day per diem
Schedule: 60+ hours per week
Duration: 6+ months | Temp to hire
Project: Mission critical data center
Finish Line Staffing is seeking an experienced LOTO Coordinator with a large scale commercial electrical background for a data center project in Lithia Springs, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily lockout/tagout activities with the Energy Marshal, electrical field leadership, commissioning team, and safety personnel.
- Review electrical drawings and equipment documentation to identify energy sources, isolation points, redundant feeds, and downstream equipment.
- Help establish and verify isolation boundaries before work begins.
- Coordinate LOTO permits, lock assignments, sign-in records, equipment status, and closeout documentation.
- Communicate isolation plans and equipment status changes to affected teams.
- Escalate discrepancies, unexpected power sources, incomplete documentation, and unsafe conditions; stop work when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong large scale commercial electrical construction background; data center or mission critical experience strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems, hazardous energy control, LOTO procedures, and isolation verification.
- Ability to read single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and electrical equipment documentation.
- Familiarity with switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, transfer switches, switchboards, and panels.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, arc-flash hazards, and electrical PPE.
- Ability to travel to Lithia Springs, GA, and work 60+ hours per week.
