The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drywall finishing, hanging, framing and acoustical ceilings, along with a proven track record of team management. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, managing on-site safety, and maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in the drywall industry.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor crew members.
• Commitment to strict OSHA safety protocols.
• 10-Panel Pre-employment testing required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
• Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, stilts, and lifts
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather condition
