Registered Nurse (RN) Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, documenting observations accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Assist in performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be preferred depending on the specialty area.
