EM Assembler I - Contract to Hire, Immediate Opening

The EM Assembler I position is located in Westborough, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to quality and precision in the assembly of electrical and mechanical products.

Shift of the EM Assembler I:
M-F 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate of the EM Assembler I:
$20 per hour.

Responsibilities of the EM Assembler I:

• Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.
• Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes.
• Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
• Collaborate with teams ranging from 2-8 people.

Qualifications of the EM Assembler I:

• High School diploma or GED with experience; technical school preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, and commitment to quality standards.
• Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hand/Eye coordination with some mechanical dexterity; exposure to hand tools and power tools is a plus.
