• Additional Information: New grads are eligible; therapy supervisor onsite; productivity expectations are 80% in SNF and based on points for HH; no on-call or callback available; a $500 fee applies if the clinician backs out or quits with less than a 14-day notice; no charge differential at Good Samaritan facilities; local rates apply when using GSS housing; clinical guarantee of 36 hours per week for twelve-hour shifts or 40 hours per week for eight to ten-hour shifts.
