Clinical Supervisor- (LISW/LPCC)

Location: Lima, Marysville OH
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Annually
Team Size: 10–15 staff members

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to behavioral health professionals working with clients experiencing mental health, substance-use, and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to counselors and clinical staff.
• Oversee therapy, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Review clinical documentation and treatment plans for quality and compliance.
• Support staff with complex behavioral health and substance-use cases.
• Provide consultation on crisis situations, risk assessments, and safety planning.
• Support staff training, onboarding, mentoring, and professional development.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and community providers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Ohio regulations, and organizational standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio LISW or LPCC license required; candidates with LISW-S or LPCC-S are also eligible.
• Experience in behavioral health and/or substance-use treatment.
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of required background and employment screening.
