Event Staff (Temporary)

Insight Global is seeking 3 Event Staff members for a 2-Day Event in Santa Barbara, CA.

This is supporting a Women's Summit in Santa Barbara, CA on Monday, October 12 (8 hours) and Tuesday, October 13 (11 hours).

We’re looking for polished, personable, and proactive individuals who can help create a welcoming, seamless experience for attendees, speakers, and VIPs throughout the event.

Responsibilities

• Assist with microphone handling during live sessions and Q&A discussions.
• Greet attendees and provide directions throughout the venue.
• Become familiar with the event schedule and venue layout to confidently assist guests.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence throughout the event.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, speakers, and VIPs.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in hospitality, live events, theater, customer service, or a similar guest-facing environment preferred.
• Warm, confident, professional, and approachable.
• Highly attentive and comfortable taking initiative.
• Reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.
• Enthusiastic about supporting an event focused on women in leadership.

This is an onsite temporary role.
