• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Required Work Experience: Industrial or construction environment preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures.

• Perform general labor duties, including manual material handling, shoveling rock, and assisting equipment operators.
• Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the asphalt production plant.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials, tools, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Keep the plant, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs on plant equipment and machinery.
