Title: Product Development Technician

Location: Brea CA 92821
Shift: Mon-Fri - 1:30 AM – 10.00PM

Description:
We are seeking a Product Development Technician to support laboratory testing, prototype development, equipment qualification, and technical documentation in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing and follow written test procedures/protocols.
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical and test data.
• Document and communicate test results and prepare reports.
• Support engineers with technical tasks, prototypes, and test setups.
• Assist with equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, and lab safety.
• Handle test samples and chemicals according to established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and communicate issues that may impact projects.
• Train lower-level technicians as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with 4–6 years of laboratory or regulated technician experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 1–2 years of laboratory/R&D experience.
• Experience following written procedures in a regulated environment.
• Strong computer, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform testing and solve routine technical problems.
