Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Licensed Optometrist (OD) to join an established optometry practice in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice independently while working alongside an experienced team with modern technology, dedicated support staff, and an established patient base. The practice provides strong clinical and administrative support, allowing the Optometrist to focus primarily on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive eye examinations.
Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular diseases.
Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate vision care.
Provide pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients.
Educate and counsel patients regarding eye health and vision care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Evaluate and manage eye care emergencies.
Provide high-quality, patient-centered optometric care.
Build positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Active Pennsylvania Optometry license.
Strong patient-care and customer-service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Experienced Optometrists are available to provide guidance and training to new graduates.
